Spring Project: Stilts
Easy to build, these stilts make a great project. I'd give dimensions and directions, but you can make them so easily from scrap and fiddle with them . . . But here you go . . .
Look at the picture. Measure. Sand the edges.
- two 2"x2"x6' for the poles
- two 2"x4"x5-6" for the steps
- two 3"x1"x6-7" for the outside part that keeps your foot on the step
- 4 1/2"-inch bolts about 8" long with washers and nuts.
