Arvo Part is an Estonian composer born in 1935. Learn more here. I first heard this at the Church of St. Louis at 3 PM on Good Friday. Cardinal Francis Xavier Nguyen Van Thuan in Testimony of Hope quotes this from St. Augustine's Enarrationes in Psalmos: "Your desire is your prayer; if your desire is constant, your prayer is constant."
