Feast of St. Patrick & St. Joseph

Not that these feasts are equally important. BUT: what wonderful saints and what happy occasions in the middle of Lent. I baked bread and should have had it blessed for St. Joseph's Day which is an old Italian custom.

I used a recipe from a friend and a shape made popular in my family by my mom. Crescent rolls are not croissants--but they are delicious.
